Cancellations, Refunds and Custom Work
What is the cancellation policy for consultations and Praxis workings?
Scheduled one-time services such as consultations and Praxis workings may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee not exceeding the value of the service.
What is the refund policy for Telos and Gnosis?
Telos and Gnosis are custom services involving development and ritual preparation.
Custom work may consist of an Architecture Phase, involving research, planning, calculations, ritual design, and preparation, followed by the Ritual Phase, in which the completed working is performed.
The Architecture Phase represents 75% of the service fee and the Ritual Phase represents 25%.Once architectural work has been performed, that portion of the service fee is earned according to the work completed.
If a client cancels after the Architecture Phase has been completed but before the Ritual Phase has been performed, the refundable portion is the Ritual Phase fee.
Are customized ritual materials refundable?
No.
Physical materials acquired, prepared, customized, or consecrated specifically for an individual working are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products, including downloadable files, PDF materials, and recorded digital content, are final sale once delivered or made immediately accessible, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
Who pays customs or import charges?
For international shipments, the client is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
