Refunds, Cancellations & Returns Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for SCG Witchery products and services. It is intended to make your rights, responsibilities, and important processing timelines clear before purchase and after payment.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds generally take 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Once a refund has been issued, the final posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider. The best option is to contact your bank or payment provider directly and ask how long refunded transactions usually take to appear in your account.

Digital products

All digital products that are delivered immediately, including downloadable files, are final sale and non-refundable.

Because access is provided as soon as delivery is completed, digital products cannot be returned.

Standard services

Consultations and other scheduled services may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full value of the booked service.

Physical goods

Returns may be accepted only for eligible physical products that are unused and in acceptable return condition.

Used items, custom talismans, and botanical ingredients are not eligible for return.

Custom spellwork cancellations and refunds

Custom spellwork, including Telos and Gnosis tier work, is divided into two parts:

  • Architecture Phase: the research, planning, calculations, and ritual design stage.
  • Ritual Phase: the final performance stage of the work.

How custom work refunds are handled

  • 75% Design Fee: this portion covers the Architecture Phase and becomes non-refundable once that research and design work has been carried out.
  • 25% Ritual Fee: this portion applies to the Ritual Phase.
  • If a cancellation is made after the Architecture Phase is complete but before the Ritual Phase has been performed, only the 25% Ritual Fee is eligible for refund.

Any custom materials bought, prepared, processed, or consecrated specifically for a client’s working are non-refundable once they have entered preparation or ritual use.

Returns for physical products

Returns are accepted only for physical items that are eligible under this policy and returned in original, unused condition where applicable.

  • Used items are not eligible for return.
  • Custom talismans are not eligible for return.
  • Botanical ingredients are not eligible for return.
  • Custom-prepared ritual materials, herbs, oils, candles, or similar customized goods are non-refundable and non-returnable once processed.

To request a cancellation, ask about a possible refund, or get help with an eligible return, please contact SCG Witchery as soon as possible and include your order details.

Please include your full name, order number, service booked or product purchased, and the reason for the request so your case can be reviewed faster.
