- Cleansed or charged items
- Used or opened items

💫 Damage Claims Process
1. Contact us immediately with order number and photos
2. Wait for our response (within 24-48 business hours)
3. Follow provided instructions for replacement or refund

Note: As most of our items are custom-made with specific spiritual intent,

we do not accept returns based on change of mind. All sales are final unless items arrive damaged.
