Cancellation Policy

Upon booking the client accepts and agrees to the following conditions. 1. Refunds are available within the first 24 hours of booking only. 2. Once the Service has been performed it is not refundable regardless of the outcome. 3. Spells' services are non-tangible, and not digital except in the case of a DYI 4. Should the client wish to participate in the spell ceremony, they are responsible to cover Alders expenses as well as their own.( For clients not residing in the province of Quebec, you will need to make arrangements. For safety reasons Alder is unable to accommodate service outside of Canada ) 5. You understand that this is in essence comparable to ritualistically asking God to provide you with a certain outcome, and therefore is not covered by any guarantee. 6. A fee of 45$ will be applied to reschedule less than 24 hrs before the service. 7. (75%) Is refundable for cancelation up to 48 hours before the service only. 8. Services booked the same day may be delayed by 24 hrs
