SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
1. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT

A mandatory consultation is required for guarantee eligibility to ensure alignment between client expectations and service capabilities.

Synthesis Workings (VIP) and Gnosis A.E.I. (Premium) tiers include a consultation.
-
Praxis Path requires a separate paid consultation to qualify.
-
Consultations are one-time unless additional sessions are required for complex cases.
2. REFUND STRUCTURE
-
Synthesis Workings (VIP tier): 35% refund eligibility.
-
Gnosis A.E.I. (Premium tier): 55% refund eligibility.
-
Applies to full-priced services only; discounted services are not eligible for refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days.

Refund disputes will be reviewed and resolved based on service terms and documented communication.
3. SERVICE TIMELINE

Standard working period: 90 days.
-
Evaluation at 45 days to assess progress.
-
If no movement is observed at 45 days, a free recast is available.
-
Final evaluation at 90 days: if no movement has occurred, the client may request a recast or refund (if eligible).
4. MOVEMENT & RESULTS
-
Any indication of movement during the working period demonstrates spell effectiveness.
-
Movement includes, but is not limited to: signs, omens, situational changes, or contact.
-
The presence of movement confirms successful spell progression.
-
Refunds are only considered in cases where no movement has occurred.
-
External factors and personal actions can impact spell outcomes; clients must follow all guidance provided.
5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
a) Mandatory Requirements:

Completed consultation.
-
Full compliance with the Spellwork Guide.
-
Maintained communication throughout the process.
-
Adherence to the social media blackout.
-
Engagement in positive affirmations and belief in the process.
-
Provision of accurate information.
-
48-hour notice for scheduling changes.
-
Progress check-ins as requested.
b) Disqualifying Factors:

Expression of doubt or skepticism.
-
Non-compliance with provided guidelines.
-
Incomplete consultation process.
-
Provision of false information.
-
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice).
6. TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
-
Failure to read this policy does not exempt the client from its terms.
-
Questions or concerns must be addressed before service commencement.
-
The right to refuse service is reserved if guidelines are not met.
