Visualization aid

If you were running a race your coach would have explained to you Don't focus on How much longer you have to reach the finish line, visualize yourself at the end of the finish line that you have already won the race


1 Relax: Find a quiet space and get comfortable. Deep breaths can help.

2 Imagine: Picture your goal as if it's happening now. Use all your senses what do you see, hear, feel, smell, taste?

3 Feel the emotion: Connect with the joy, pride, or satisfaction of achieving your goal.

4 Practice regularly: Set aside time each day for visualization.

5 Be patient: Visualization takes practice, don't get discouraged if results aren't immediate.
