Repeat this for 7 days.
Put one cup of salt into a bath preferably rock salt or sea salt,
Before getting into the bath say the prayer over the water and then get in
Sit and soak in the bath and for as long as you need be sure to cover your head and your hair and that every part of your body receives water from the bath.
Say the prayer while you're in the bath.
