Mystic and occult scams, how to protect yourself!

The do's and don'ts when hiring a professional

Watch out for people that slide into your DM, telling you they have a message from your ancestors or from beyond the grave.

Watch out for people entering your DMs and saying thanks for following my page or something to that effect can I consider you for a reading, typically they're only asking for donations but you're getting scammed.

Do not volunteer any information up front, they should be asking you the questions

Do not reveal how urgent or desperate you're feeling about the situation

Do not let them know or imply that money is no object and you are willing to pay whatever it takes

Do not accept any outrageous pricing for spell work

Do not send any objects that have a monetary value of more than $5, if the situation requires personal items from you or your target, these could be as simple as a comb with hair in it a toothbrush a hair barrette a hair logistic a t-shirt a business card a pen straw they drank from.

Basic ritual takes 6 to 8 hours to ( time when I calculated is actually relevance to difficulty for pricing, and not actual time when forming a ritual virtual work takes anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours to set up for preliminary and can be completed as quickly as 45 minutes ) perform, typical cost $160 to $255 usd or cad. Complex rituals $200 to $450

It is very rare that you would need something more complex so be mindful.

Celtic folk magic Wicca even demonology your material cost should not be very much above $60. However when we get to dealing with Santa muerte I've become aware that some candles can be quite expensive they range anywhere from $30 to $100 sometimes you may be required for more than one therefore it's important to have your practitioner tell you exactly what candles you're getting for your ritual so you can investigate yourself online to see the cost.

Ritual stacking Yes in most circumstances you're going to need more than one ritual, we are professionals and has professionals should be following certain business standards by in bulk get better prices. It may sound funny but if you do need more than one ritual to be done you should be getting a rebate off the cost of each ritual and 5 or $10 is not acceptable. On average 15% to 20% some may do this off the total some may do this off the individual spell and then give you a tally.

If your spell work reaches the limits of $900 or more you are probably getting scammed

One of their favorite tricks, along the way they will suggest that you may need other work done and it never ends " Oh well we did a reading and we saw this and this should be done "

A real witch should have been able to assess the situation in about 30 minutes to an hour of speaking with you and be able to come up with formulated plan on what you need to take care of this. Let's keep in mind however that for every person who is brought into the situation there will be an added spell to take care of that so if we only have two people you probably just need to spells if we have three you may need a third spell depending on what the relationship is with that third person you may need an additional spell to be done on that third person. If the list of people keeps growing so will cost and the required spells, also bear in mind if you don't tell your practitioner everything upfront there is a strong possibility that when you do mention something " oh I should have told you this or oh I forgot to tell you that " you may be the cause of having spells added to your work. In general after the formula has been created by your practitioner on what you need there should not be any add-ons unless at the request of the client!

Find out where they're from and get proof. If they're truly a witch and legitimate they should have no problems providing concrete proof about name location address information that is easily verified by you and confirmed. One of the best things that you can do is ask for a selfie. But when doing so require that they make some sort of a gesture in that selfie that would be hard to Google and get a photo of, You can ask your proof of address The utility bill for example the local newspaper displaying the date.

Beware of People claiming to be professional which is from areas like Uganda Nigeria and Africa.

As an example Uganda Mama Ann is a complete scam

Beware of people that use words like powerful love spells powerful spellcaster immediate or instant results.

And although it's enticing be very aware of the ones that say pay after the work is done or after success, The scam related to get work done and paying later they will get all your personal information that they need and then they will blackmail you to pay them you'll never have any spell work done

If you are directed to a website make sure that they have a secure DNS server meaning that there's a little safety lock in the search bar when you put their name in

Do not share yours or your targets social media links do not provide them with any means to get in contact with the person that you're having work done on

The most I have ever charged in one session is $710 and that would have been before the rebate

Do us questions, what kind of guarantees do they offer, how long does each ritual take,

The list is not fully complete yet but I will complete it as Time goes on and I think of other things that need to be added.
